1. Service Agreement
By booking with moveoutcleaning.au, you agree to these terms. We provide end of lease, bond, move-out, vacant and move-in cleaning services across Sydney metro NSW, Australia.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All prices include GST. Quotes are based on the property details you provide (bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons). Prices are fixed for properties in standard, fair condition.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Heavy mould or biohazard cleaning
- Excessive grease, soot, or smoke residue
- Rubbish removal or hoarding clean-up
- Properties beyond the size declared at booking
Any additional charge will always be confirmed with you on-site before work begins.
3. 72-Hour Bond-Back Re-Clean Guarantee
If your real estate agent or property manager raises a cleaning issue within 72 hours of your clean, we will return to re-clean those flagged areas at no charge, subject to the following:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of completion
- You must provide the agent's written communication or photos
- Areas must be in the same condition as left after our clean (no further use)
- Re-clean is for items on our standard checklist only
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by tenants, repairs, gardening, exterior work, or items outside our checklist.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $99 admin fee. No-shows or refused entry on the day are charged at 50% of the quoted price.
5. Access & Property Condition
You are responsible for ensuring our team has access to the property at the agreed time (keys, lockbox or in-person). Power and water must be connected. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if access is denied or utilities are unavailable.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are fully insured with public liability cover. Claims for damage must be made in writing within 48 hours of the clean and supported by photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not included on our standard checklist.
7. Privacy
Personal information (name, phone, email, address) is collected only to provide our service and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
